DEM provides agencies with several energy management tools to track and manage energy consumption and to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from their agency's operations.  These tools are meant for use by agency Energy Liaison Officers, other Energy Team members, and building operators and facility managers.  The New York City energy management "Toolkit" includes:
