City Energy Management Guidelines

At the start of each cooling and heating season, the City issues guidelines specifying the temperature to which indoor spaces at City buildings should be cooled or heated. These guidelines include important information for building operators and tips for building occupants on how to stay comfortable when outside temperatures are either very hot or very cold.
