Manhattan

A 19,200-square-foot addition to the Museum of the City of New York was completed in 2009. The project included a two-and-a-half story gallery space, as well as a newly reconstructed entry hall and lobby on the first floor. The new gallery space, which features a glass curtain wall that opens onto a large terrace, serves as a venue for special functions. The addition also includes storage space for the museum’s collection, as well as curatorial workrooms.
