Pine Street
Manhattan

This project involved the resurfacing of Pine Street from Water Street to Broadway under the Emergency Relief program established to rehabilitate the streets after the events of September 11, 2001. These streets were damaged by heavy vehicle traffic during the removal of World Trade Center debris. In addition to repairing this damage, water mains were replaced.
