Local Law 86 / 2005 Resource

In October of 2005, Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg signed Local Law 86, which will require many of DDC’s projects to achieve a LEED rating of Certified or Silver and, in many cases, to use energy and water more efficiently than current codes require.  The following resources have been developed to assist the agency and its consultants in complying with this law.
