On April 23, 2007, the Department of City Planning certified the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP) application (C070427 ZMM) for the Upper West Side rezoning and referred the related non-ULURP zoning text amendment (N 070428 ZRY) to begin the formal public review process.
