East Houston Pedestrian ProjectThe East Houston Street Pedestrian Project will plan, design, and implement improvements for pedestrians and cyclists along East Houston Street in Manhattan. These recommendations will improve safety and circulation at intersections, facilitate access to commercial, recreational and transportation destinations, and improve the streetscape.
