Consolidated Plan

NOTICE:

The date for the public hearing regarding the formulation of the Proposed 2009 Consolidated Plan has been announced.
The approved 2008 Consolidated Plan is available.
The Proposed 2007 Consolidated Plan Annual Performance Report (APR) has been submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
The Proposed 2007 Consolidated Plan Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) Statement has been submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Consolidated Plans: Annual Proposed and Approved plans contain the one-year use of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant and other housing entitlement program funds. The Plans are released in October and January. Proposed and Final Annual Performance Reports, which are released in March and June, review the use of funds for the previous program year.

Community Development Block Grant

Maps (revised) -- Borough-based maps of 2000 Census tracts in which U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds may be used to support an activity with area-wide benefits.
Census Tract Report (revised) -- Borough-based report of percent of low-/moderate-income persons by 2000 Census tracts used to determine CDBG census tract eligibility.
