- Zoning Resolution of the City of New York:
- The latest print edition of the Zoning Resolution containing Update 3 is now available for sale. This new edition, which also includes Updates 1 and 2, contains all text and mapping amendments through April 12, 2005. To obtain the new edition and future updates, a two-year subscription is available at a cost of $450 plus tax and $30 for shipping (total: $517.69). A set of three binders is available for $35 plus tax. information form and the publication order form.

- Calendars:
- The Comprehensive City Planning Commission Calendar
contains information describing all items to be heard
and voted on by the Commission. It is issued prior
to each hearing, generally twice a month. You may
subscribe to the Calendar mailing by sending a certified
check, made out to the City
of New York -- Department of City Planning to the attention of the Calendar Information Office,
22 Reade Street, Room 2E, New York, New York 10007-1216.
The fee, including sales tax, is $100.00 for a one
year subscription.
- Planning
Commission Reports (CPC Reports):
- These are the official record of the City Planning
Commission's decisions on all land use and zoning
applications. They include a description of the reasoning
behind each action, and the recommendations of the
Community Board and the Borough President. A one year
subscription, with reports mailed monthly, is $750,
including sales tax.
- Land Use
Application Status Reports:
- This subscription consists of two elements:
- a quarterly printout listing all pending land use
applications, a brief description and current status,
and
- in each of the two months following the quarterly
printout, an update listing of newly received applications.
The cost is $500 annually, including sales tax.
