ADJUSTMENT IN HUDSON YARDS DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT BONUS CONTRIBUTION AMOUNT
As provided in Section 93-31 of the Zoning Resolution of the City of New York, the required contribution amount per square foot of bonused floor area available through the District Improvement Fund Bonus in the Special Hudson Yards District has been increased from $118.59 per square foot to $120.61 per square foot as of August 1, 2012.
In accordance with Section 93-31, this increase is based on the change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI), as published by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. The CPI change for the period between July 1, 2011 and July 1, 2012 was an increase of 1.7 percent.
This increased contribution amount per square foot of bonused floor area applies to all contributions pursuant to Section 93-31 received on or after August 1, 2012, until such time as the amount is further modified in accordance with the Zoning Resolution.

As provided in Section 93-31 of the Zoning Resolution of the City of New York, the required contribution amount per square foot of bonused floor area available through the District Improvement Fund Bonus in the Special Hudson Yards District has been increased from $114.47 per square foot to $118.59 per square foot as of August 1, 2011.
In accordance with Section 93-31, this increase is based on the change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI), as published by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. The CPI change for the period between July 1, 2010 and July 1, 2011 was an increase of 3.6 percent.
This increased contribution amount per square foot of bonused floor area applies to all contributions pursuant to Section 93-31 received on or after August 1, 2011, until such time as the amount is further modified in accordance with the Zoning Resolution.

In accordance with Section 93-31, this increase is based on the change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI), as published by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. The CPI change for the period between July 1, 2009 and July 1, 2010 was a increase of 1.1 percent.
This increased contribution amount per square foot of bonused floor area applies to all contributions pursuant to Section 93-31 received on or after August 1, 2010, until such time as the amount is further modified in accordance with the Zoning Resolution.

CONTRIBUTION AMOUNT
As provided in Section 93-31 of the Zoning Resolution of the City of New York, the required contribution amount per square foot of bonused floor area available through the District Improvement Fund Bonus in the Special Hudson Yards District has been decreased from $114.83 per square foot to $113.22 per square foot as of August 1, 2009.
In accordance with Section 93-31, this decrease is based on the change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI), as published by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. The CPI change for the period between July 1, 2008 and July 1, 2009 was a decrease of 1.4 percent.
This decreased contribution amount per square foot of bonused floor area applies to all contributions pursuant to Section 93-31 received on or after August 1, 2009, until such time as the amount is further modified in accordance with the Zoning Resolution.

The CPI change for the period between July 1, 2007 and July 1, 2008 was an increase of 5.0 percent.
This increased contribution amount per square foot of bonused floor area applies to all contributions pursuant to Section 93-31 received on or after July 1, 2008, until such time as the amount is further modified in accordance with the Zoning Resolution.

In accordance with Section 93-31, this increase is based on the change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI), as published by the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. The CPI change for the period between July 1, 2006 and July 1, 2007 was an increase of 2.7 percent.
This increased contribution amount per square foot of bonused floor area applies to all contributions pursuant to Section 93-31 received on or after July 1, 2007, until such time as the amount is further modified in accordance with the Zoning Resolution.
