Detailed information about the status of Land Use Applications is available on LUCATS (Land Use and CEQR Application Tracking System).
LUCATS not only supports searches by community district and application category but also allows the user to define more finely focused searches.
LUCATS provides current and historical status information on active and completed land use applications and environmental review applications, and description for ULURP and Non-ULURP applications received by the Department of City Planning (DCP).
ULURP applications are land use applications that are subject to the City Charter-mandated Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP). Non-ULURP applications are not subject to ULURP, but do require action by the City Planning Commission. An application is displayed as active on LUCATS from its receipt at DCP until the completion of its processing.
The data in LUCATS are updated continuously from the Department of City Planning's Land Use Management Information System (LUMIS).
