The animations illustrate how the proposed zoning
regulations for this waterfront would achieve
a sensitive transition to the scale of the neighborhood,
with buildings of no more than six stories, and
shift taller buildings toward the waterfront.
The proposal would establish a continuous network
of waterfront parks and public access areas, along
which small commercial establishments such as
cafes could be located.
