On September 3, 2010, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for Sugar Hill Rezoning Project.

A public hearing on the DEIS was held on Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at 10:00 AM in Spector Hall, at the Department of City Planning located at 22 Reade Street, New York, New York 10007. Comments were requested on the DEIS and the public comment period remained open until Monday, August 9, 2010.
