Final Environmental Impact Statement

<< Return to EIS page

On June 30, 2006, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Silvercup West proposal.

A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was held on May 24, 2006. Written comments on the DEIS were requested and were received by the Lead Agency until the 10th calendar day following the close of the public hearing. The FEIS incorporates responses to the public comments received on the DEIS and additional analysis conducted subsequent to the completion of the DEIS.
