Public Scoping Meeting on the proposed 363-365 Bond Street Rezoning and Related Actions

A public scoping meeting was held Thursday, March 13, 2008 from 2:00 to 5:45 PM and from 6:00 to 8:45 PM at the City of New York Department of City Planning, Spector Hall, 22 Reade Street, New York, New York 10007. Comments on the Draft Scope of Work were accepted at the meeting and until Monday, March 24, 2008.

Public Scoping Meeting on the proposed Dutch Kills and Related Actions

On November 19, 2007 the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission, held a public scoping meeting on the Draft Scope of Work for an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the proposed Dutch Kills Rezoning. Comments on the Draft Scope of Work were accepted at the meeting and for ten days following the meeting.

On March 11, 2008, the Final Scope of Work for the DEIS was issued.
