On January 12, 2012, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Saint Vincents Campus Redevelopment project.

A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was held on Wednesday November 30, 2011 at 10:00AM in Spector Hall, at the Department of City Planning located at 22 Reade Street, New York, New York 10007.  Comments on the DEIS were received by the Lead Agency until Monday, December 12, 2011. The FEIS incorporates responses to the public comments received on the DEIS and additional analysis conducted subsequent to the completion of the DEIS.
