On April 10, 2009, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Fordham University Lincoln Center Master Plan.

A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was held on Wednesday, March 4th, 2009. Comments were accepted at the hearing and for ten days following the hearing until March 16, 2009. The FEIS incorporates responses to the public comments received on the DEIS and additional analysis conducted subsequent to the completion of the DEIS.
