Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement

On December 7, 2012, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a Notice of Completion for a Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (FSEIS) for the 625 West 57th Street project.

A public hearing on the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) was held at 10:00AM on Wednesday, November 14, 2012, in Spector Hall, at the Department of City Planning, 22 Reade Street, in Lower Manhattan, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission's citywide public hearing pursuant to ULURP. Written comments were requested and were accepted by the Lead Agency until Monday, November 26, 2012. The FSEIS incorporates responses to the public comments received on the DSEIS and additional analysis conducted subsequent to the completion of the DSEIS.
