On January 30, 2008, a public hearing was held for the proposed 125th Street Corridor Rezoning and Related Actions. Comments were accepted at the hearing and for ten days following the hearing, until February 11, 2008.

The New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the proposed 125th Street Corridor Rezoning and Related Actions, on February 29, 2008.
