Richard W. Eaddy, Commissioner
 Richard W. Eaddy was appointed to the New York City Planning Commission in July 2002 by Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg. Mr. Eaddy has ten years of experience in various New York State and City government positions. He has served as both the Deputy Borough President of the Bronx and Executive Director/CEO of Harlem CDC. Prior to those positions, Mr. Eaddy served as a Director of Real Estate Development at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), the Director of Finance at the New York City Housing Partnership, and Development Manager at Olympia & York.
Mr. Eaddy started his real estate career as a consultant to the Battery Park City Authority and as head of the housing program at North General Hospital. Mr. Eaddy has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
