Masked Marvelous

The Masked Marvelous Cocktail Party is a family-friendly event held at MFTA's Long Island City warehouse. Guests enjoy painting, mask making, live performances, and dancing. Funds raised at this event help MFTA reach more organizations in need, and educate students, teachers, and the general public about reuse.

Thank you for celebrating Materials for the Arts' 35th year with us.

Stilt walkers from House of Yes waltzed through the warehouse and got everyone dancing.

Local restaurants such as, Mamu Thai, John Brown Smoke House, Empanada Mama, and Tomcat Bakery provided delicious food for the evening.

No Masked Marvelous would be complete without face painting. Our friends at Agostino Arts brought much joy to the festivities.

Our mask making station was a hit for all ages. Our guests expressed their creativity and made masks from materials in the warehouse.
