There is a process for requesting Member Item funding through City Council, and a second process to make your organization eligible to receive a Member Item totaling more than $10,000.  Please note that both processes are for expense funding only.

In order to be eligible for Fiscal 2010 Member Item support, organizations MUST submit a Cultural Development Fund Application by the March 23, 2009 deadline (organizations in the 2009-2011 multi-year award cycle will be required to submit a Renewal form prior to the start of Fiscal 2010, but are not required to meet the March 23^rd deadline.)

If you are interested in requesting a Member Item, in addition to submitting the CDF application by the deadline (or renewal form for multi-year award recipients), your organization must fill out the “New York City Council FY10 Organization Qualification Form,” and must also contact the relevant City Council Members and/or Borough Delegations to submit any requested materials.  For more information and a copy of the form, please visit http://council.nyc.gov/html/budget/fy2010_funding_application.shtml.
