City Council: April 9, 2012, 5:00pm
Department of Cultural Affairs: April 9, 2012, 5:00pm

* The Borough President deadline applies for your entire request submission if at least one project involves a Borough President funding request.

STEP 1:  DOWNLOAD REQUEST DOCUMENTS
Click on the link below to download the Request Documents. Please SAVE the documents on to your computer and fill them out electronically using Microsoft Word.  DO NOT SCAN or PDF the documents.  Scanned documents (other than attachments) will not be reviewed.

STEP 2:  COMPLETE REQUEST
Please note that you will only need to fill out the Organization Section and the Appendice(s) that are relevant to the project(s) for which you are seeking City funding. 

STEP 3:  SUBMIT REQUEST
Below are two OMB CapGrant links that will enable your organization to submit your request.  The submission process will work best using Internet Explorer 8.0 or greater.

1. Click on the OMB link below if you have not registered your organization with CapGrants.

2. Click on the OMB link below if you have registered your organization with CapGrants and are re-entering the CapGrants portal.
