Listed below are currently advertised projects with bid opening dates within the next few weeks. This information is also available through the City Record. To subscribe for or view bid notices online, visit www.nyc.gov/cityrecord

RFP solicitations are issued in electronic format and do not require a fee. You must register for the City Record online at www.nyc.gov/cityrecord in order to download and view the RFP. Printed copies can also be picked in person at 1 Centre St., Room 1860.

Documents necessary for submitting a bid can be obtained at DCAS Agency Purchasing located at 1 Centre Street 18th floor, New York, NY 10007. A deposit of $35 is required for competitive sealed bids (Company, Bank Check or Money Orders).

To view or print the Plan Holders list, click on the Yes under M/WBE Goals. The Plan Holders list is a listing of anyone that has viewed or downloaded a solicitation from the City Record. The list also provides the company name and contact information of vendors that purchased bid documents and/or attended a pre-bid/proposal meeting for DCAS construction or professional service contracts.
