DCAS Division of Citywide Personnel Services, Bureau of Personnel Development

As part of the Department of Citywide Administrative Services' on-going effort to train employees and provide enhanced educational opportunities, it offers a number of Citywide Personnel Development programs, resources and services. The Bureau of Personnel Development is the central training resource within New York City government and is dedicated to assisting City agencies in their efforts to use training to enhance the economy, efficiency and effectiveness of their operations.
