Citywide Organizational & Executive Development Programs provide specialized development opportunities for seasoned executives and emerging leaders in City government. Participants are provided with opportunities to learn from and network with City colleagues and are provided with instruction from leading authorities in the areas of strategic change, leadership and management, innovation, and NYC systems and programs.
Organizational development and executive education initiatives are also available to agencies seeking to address specific agency goals. These customized initiatives are crafted by design teams consisting of expert and organization development practitioners, academic leaders and participating agencies.
