Mayor Bloomberg and Commissioner Hirst Honor Outstanding Civil Servants With The Hundred Year Association of New York

On December 16, 2008, Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg and Department of Citywide Administrative Services Commissioner Martha K. Hirst honored the winners of the 2008 Hundred Year Association Isaac Liberman Public Service Awards and E. Virgil Conway College Scholar Awards.

In all, 18 City employees and 23 sons and daughters of City employees received cash prizes and scholarships totaling nearly $73,500 in recognition of their devotion to public service.
