The DCAS hiring pool for Clerical Associate will be held as scheduled on Wednesday February 10 and Thursday February 11. 

If you have been invited to the hiring pool, you should make every effort to attend as scheduled. Please allow extra travel time for possible transit delays.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to be restored to the eligible list for future consideration. However, you will lose an opportunity to be considered for appointment at this pool.

Instructions on requesting restoration to the list are provided on the notice you received by mail.  

Any changes or updates regarding the hiring pool will be announced as a recorded message on the DCAS Interactive Voice Response system. To hear the recording, call 311 (or 212-NEW-YORK if calling outside New York City) and ask for "civil service information," or call the DCAS Interactive Voice Response system directly at (212) 669-1357.
