Additional Activity User Guide
Effective 6/15/2018, DCAS will not accept submissions for Additional Activities Pre-Approval Forms for the 2017-18 Program Year.
This form is for schools that have a registered MOU only.
One form should be submitted, by a participating school, for each single event or recurring event at least two weeks prior to the start of an event.
DCAS will not be providing retroactive approvals for afterschool activities requests. All requests should be submitted for future events.
Please do not submit multiple events under one form.
The Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) will use this application to review all 2018-2019 submissions from non-public schools accepted into the Nonpublic School Security Guard Reimbursement Program for Program Years one through three. This webpage will become inactive once all funds for the 2018 – 2019 Program Years have been allocated or at any time DCAS determines during the program year.
