This form is for schools that have been accepted into the program for the 2016 – 2017 and 2017 – 2018 Program Years only.
One form should be submitted, by a participating school, for each single event or recurring event at least two weeks prior to the start of an event.
Please do not submit multiple events under one form.
The Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) will use this application to review all submissions from non-public schools accepted into the Nonpublic School Reimbursement Program for Security Guard Services for the 2016 – 2017 and 2017 – 2018 Program Years. This webpage will become inactive once all funds for the 2016 – 2017 and/or 2017 – 2018 Program Years have been allocated or at any time DCAS determines during the program year.
