DCAS Agency Purchasing ~ Current Solicitations

Listed below are currently advertised projects with bid opening dates within the next few weeks. This information is also available through the City Record. To subscribe for or view bid notices online, visit www.nyc.gov/cityrecord

RFP solicitations are issued in electronic format and do not require a fee. You must register for the City Record online at www.nyc.gov/cityrecord in order to download and view the RFP. Printed copies can also be picked in person at 1 Centre St., Room 1860.

Documents necessary for submitting a bid can be obtained at DCAS Agency Purchasing located at 1 Centre Street 18th floor, New York, NY 10007. A deposit of $35 is required for competitive sealed bids (Company, Bank Check or Money Orders).

Bids under $100,000 are not advertised on the City Record, but are solicited through the City’s Bidders’ Lists. To be included on the City’s Bidders’ Lists, firms must enroll in the City's Payee Information Portal (PIP). The Vendor Enrollment Center can be contacted with questions regarding registration at (212) 857-1680 or via email at vendorenrollment@cityhall.nyc.gov.

To view or print the Plan Holders list, click on the Yes under M/WBE Goals. The Plan Holders list is a listing of anyone that has viewed or downloaded a solicitation from the City Record. The list also provides the company name and contact information of vendors that purchased bid documents and/or attended a pre-bid/proposal meetingfor DCAS construction or professional service contracts.
