Auto Auction
Cars, car parts, trucks and motor scooters are sold at auction every other Wednesday (unless otherwise noted) at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, 570 Kent Avenue. Doors open 8:30 a.m. for inspection; sale starts 9:00 a.m. Auctions are open to the public.
A list of vehicles to be offered is posted online the Friday before the auction.

The City sells surplus items by sealed bid, including building supplies, office equipment, scrap metal and computers.

Real Estate Leasing
DCAS offers limited-time leases for City-owned commercial real estate, both buildings and vacant lots, while City agencies work on development plans for the property. DCAS does not lease residential buildings or apartment units.
