The Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for private solar developers to purchase, install, own and maintain solar panels on city-owned buildings in all five boroughs.

Deadline to RSVP for site visits:	April 24, 2008
Site visits:	week of April 28, 2008
Pre-proposal conference:	May 12, 2008, 10 a.m.
Addendum (Amendment) to notice posted:	August 26, 2008
Proposals due:	Extended - please register to receive updates

How to Obtain the RFP

• Online: Download the document from the City Record On-Line. To download, you must register. Registration will allow DCAS to contact you if the RFP changes or is updated.
  
  
• By mail: Call the DCAS Office of Contracts at (212) 669-3538 to request a copy by mail.
  
  
• In person: Visit the DCAS Office of Contracts at 1 Centre Street, Municipal Building, 18th Floor, New York, NY 10007 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. on regular City business days.
