The Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) submitted a five-year plan to the New York State Civil Service Commission pursuant to Section 65 of the New York State Civil Service Law as it pertains to provisional appointments.

The New York State Civil Service Commission, after requesting additional documentation from DCAS, approved the plan at its September 16, 2008 meeting.
