JANUARY 4, 2013 On Wednesday, January 23, 2013, the New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) will hold a sealed bid public lease auction of six City-owned properties. The properties are located in the boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens within the City of New York. The auction will be held at One Centre Street, in the 18th Floor North Pre-Bid Room. The doors open at 10:00 a.m. with bids scheduled to be opened at 11:00 a.m.

MARCH 23, 2012 On Thursday, May 10, 2012, the New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) will hold a public real estate auction of City-owned property located throughout the City of New York. The auction, which starts at 10:00 a.m., will be held at the former Emigrant Savings Bank Building located at 49-51 Chambers Street in Manhattan. This will be DCAS' first real estate auction in nearly six years.
