Nutrition Assistance Programs provide children and low-income families with access to food, a healthful diet, and nutrition education.

ACCESS NYC - You May Qualify for City, State, and/or Federal Benefits
Use ACCESS NYC to find out if you and your family qualify for City, State, and/or Federal human service benefit programs. This service will help you learn about the programs, how to apply, where to go, and even print filled in applications.

Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC)
WIC is a special supplemental food program for women, infants, and children up to the age of five. All applicants must be income eligible and have a medical or nutritional risk.

Reduced Price School Meals in NYC

New York State Department of Health's Food and Nutrition (FAN) Program
FAN, nationally known as the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), was established to offer free, nutritious foods to women, infants, children, and seniors 60 years of age and older.

National Federal School Breakfast and National School Lunch provide low-cost and free meals and snacks to eligible children.

Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)
CACFP is a Federal program that provides healthy meals and snacks to children and adults receiving day care.

The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP)
SFSP helps children get the nutrition they need to learn, play, and grow throughout the summer months when they are out of school.
