INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE CITY RECORD ON-LINE

NOTE: The solicitations and awards are presented in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. To select pages from solicitations or awards, click on links on the left. To make another selection, please use your browser's back button to return to the solicitation and awards menu. If you are having problems viewing solicitation or award pages, please download the lastest version of the Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader.

1.  Click on a procurement category (e.g. Construction), to see requests for bids or proposals. Or click on awards to see vendors who have been awarded bids in the past. Click your browser's back button to return to the previous page.  

2.  The search will locate your keyword each time it appears in all the solicitation and the award notices. To search click on the Adobe Find icon (Binoculars), enter your keyword in the dialog box then click on the Find button.

3.  To print, click on the Adobe Print icon (Printer).
