NYC Center for Economic Opportunity

CEO, in partnership with MDRC, Westat and Metis Associates, has produced a number of evaluation reports that examine program participation, program implementation, and program outcomes. CEO staff have customized an evaluation strategy for each program, which may include focus groups and participant surveys, analysis of comparison group data, or random assignment trials.
