Application Open: Work Progress Program

CEO and the NYC Human Resources Administration are seeking service providers to participate in a new subsidized wage program for low-income young adults. The Work Progress Program offers reimbursement for wages paid to young adults placed in short-term jobs. The program is funded by the Young Men's Initiative and is accepting applications on a rolling basis.

CEO Evaluation Request for Proposals
The Human Resources Administration (HRA) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for CEO external evaluators. CEO seeks to establish a pool of up to ten qualified individual researchers/evaluation firms to work on a wide range of projects spanning multiple substantive and technical expertise areas on an as needed basis.

The City University of New York through John Jay College of Criminal Justice in consultation with the New York City Department of Correction and the New York City Center for Economic Opportunity are pleased to announce the availability of a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking to evaluate the New York City (NYC) Justice Corps, a civic justice corps project serving New York City youth involved in the criminal justice system and living in three target areas in New York City.
