SAPO Rules

The Street Activity Permit Office (SAPO) must administer the procedures set forth in the Street Activity Permit Office Rules. The rules establish procedures for the processing of applications by Community Boards, recommendations and comments on recommendations by Community Boards, the processing of applications by the SAPO, approval or denial of applications, appeals, amendments, fees, the sale of alcoholic beverages, enforcement, and exceptions.
