CCRB Reports

The CCRB issues statistics about complaint activity, board dispositions, CCRB performance, and police action on substantiated complaints each month in the executive director's report. In addition, the CCRB publishes two comprehensive status reports each year. These semiannual reports document complaint activity, agency performance and operations, new developments, board disposition data, and police department resolution of CCRB substantiated cases. The CCRB has also conducted in-depth studies on issues such as the NYPD's stop and frisk practices, use of pepper spray, and hollow point bullets. If you need older reports, please call (212) 442-8833.
