James F. Donlon, Esq.
Mr. Donlon is an attorney engaged in private practice since 1980. He has broad-based experience
in matters such as real estate, estate planning, wills and estates, and litigation involving family court, criminal, and personal
injury cases. From 1974 to 1980, Mr. Donlon was employed as an Assistant District Attorney in the Richmond County
District Attorney's Office where he handled misdemeanors and felonies (including homicides) and from 1976 to 1977,
narcotics cases for the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor. Immediately after graduating from law school, Mr. Donlon
worked for the New York State Department of Law. He previously served as a board member of the Richmond County
Bar Association. He is currently a member of the Assigned Counsel Panel Advisory Committee (Appellate Division, Second Department)
and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Richmond County Bar Association, and the New York State Defenders
Association. Mr. Donlon, a City Council designee from Staten Island, has been a Board member since June 2004.
