There are several ways to file a complaint with the CCRB.

CALL the CCRB Hotline 24 hours a day: 1-800-341-CCRB. Or
call 311 (outside NYC dial 212-NEW-YORK).
FILE IN PERSON at 40
Rector Street, 2nd Floor, Manhattan, Monday - Friday,
8:00am - 5:00pm.

WRITE A LETTER to the CCRB at 40 Rector Street, 2nd

VISIT any NYPD precinct to file a complaint, which is then forwarded to the CCRB.
