Upon the Commission’s referral of a case to OATH for adjudication, the Rules of Practice of OATH relating to pre-hearing and hearing procedures (Title 48, Rules of the City of New York, Chapter 1, and Chapter 2, subchapter C) are followed. Subchapter C (Additional Rules for Human Rights Cases) of OATH’S Rules of Practice are annexed. |
