Derek Bryson Park is a Managing Director at Mahler & Emmerson Inc., an asset management firm and affiliate of Brean Murray Carret & Co.
As former Managing Director of Cohane Rafferty/Lehman Brothers Inc, he was
responsible for and a part of their Investment Banking and Fixed Income Divisions.
He was appointed by President Clinton to serve as Director of the Federal
Home Loan Bank. He also serves as: Vice-Chair of the NYC Industrial Development
Agency; Vice-Chair of the NYC Capital Resource Corporation; and is an Arbitrator
for the NY Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers.
Prior to that, he served as a Director of the NY Economic Development Corporation
and Vice-Chair of United Mississippi Bank. He received his MPA and Ph.D.
from New York University and graduated from The General Theological Seminary.
