NYC Civic Database is a free, online database of civic organizations and community-based groups throughout New York City's five boroughs. With a user-friendly format, you can search for civic groups by borough or region to find the right organization in the right place for you!

To have your organization included in the NYC Civic Database, please fill out and submit this form to CAU.

NOTE: Please note that registering with the NYC Civic Database does not guarantee or secure publication. We provide the NYC Civic Database as a convenience to the public. The purpose of the database is to facilitate communication between the public and local stakeholders about issues facing their community. The inclusion of any content regarding any organization or person in the NYC Civic Database does not constitute a representation, warranty, or endorsement with respect to the competence, suitability, or reliability of such organization or person by the Community Affairs Unit.

CAU reserves the right to update and modify the listing as necessary as part of an ongoing effort to ensure the listing’s integrity and usefulness. Users are encouraged to report any misinformation to CAU.
