CAPITAL FUNDING REQUESTS FOR NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

Submission Deadlines

Requests to Borough Presidents:	February 28, 2013, 5:00 pm. Deadline has passed.
Requests to City Council:	April 9, 2013, 5:00 pm. Deadline has passed.
Both*	February 28, 2013, 5:00 pm. Deadline has passed.

*If requesting funds from BOTH Borough President(s) and City Council for the same project.
IMPORTANT: The deadline to request funding from Borough Presidents and City Council has passed.
The Application review process ends June 5th. To be considered for funding, all questions must be answered as soon as possible in order to meet such deadline.

STEP 1: DOWNLOAD APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
Click on the link below to download the Application Documents. Please SAVE the Application Documents on to your computer and fill them out electronically using Adobe Reader. DO NOT SCAN the Application Documents. Scanned Application Documents (other than attachments) will not be reviewed.

STEP 2: COMPLETE APPLICATION
Please note that you will only need to fill out the Organization Form and the Application(s) that are relevant to the project(s) for which you are seeking City funding.

STEP 3: SUBMIT APPLICATION THROUGH CapGrants
The submission process will work best using Internet Explorer 8 or greater. Please note that if you used CapGrants last year as part of the FY 2013 process, your username and password should still be active.
