Submission Deadlines

Requests to Borough Presidents: 

February 28, 2012, 5:00 pm.

Requests to City Council: 

April 9, 2012, 5:00 pm.

Both*

February 28, 2012, 5:00 pm.

*If requesting funds from BOTH Borough President(s) and City Council for  the same project.

STEP 1: DOWNLOAD APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
Click on the link below to download the Application Documents. Please SAVE the Application Documents on to your computer and fill them out electronically using Adobe Reader. DO NOT SCAN the Application Documents. Scanned Applications Documents (other than attachments) will not be reviewed.

STEP 2: COMPLETE APPLICATION
Please note that you will only need to fill out the Organization Form and the Application(s) that are relevant to the project(s) for which you are seeking City funding.

STEP 3: SUBMIT APPLICATION THROUGH CapGrants
The submission process will work best using Internet Explorer 8 or greater.
