The Street Activity Permit Office (SAPO) is charged with the administration of the permit system for street festivals, block parties, religious events, clean-ups, greenmarkets, promotional events and other events that take place on the City's streets and sidewalks. SAPO now accepts online permit applications from the public available at E-Apply.
SAPO shall notify the community board in which the proposed event will take place that the application is available for agency review and comment on the CEMS database.
