In accordance with the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, the Land Use Committee of Bronx Community Board 11 is conducting a public hearing on Monday, July 18, 2016 at 7pm at the Einstein College of Medicine's Lubin Hall, 1200 Van Nest Avenue, Bronx, NY to allow the public one more opportunity to speak on application number 160332ZMX, which is a proposed zoning map amendment intended to legalize a series of pre-existing not currently permitted commercial properties and more accurately reflect the mixed-use character at the intersection of Williamsbridge Road and Pierce Avenue. Effected blocks: lots are 4087: 23; 4088: 15, 16 and 17; 4107: 31 and 34; and 4111: 38, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45 and 47.

Anyone wishing to speak at the hearing must fill out a slip provided by Community Board Staff before the start of the meeting. Speakers will be strictly limited to three minutes speaking time. Written positions will be accepted before the start of the meeting.
