The decisions include both resolutions on new applications and resolutions on amendments/extensions to earlier decisions. To find a decision, you must select a borough and, to narrow your search, you may identify the community district and/or provide a keyword entry. Examples of keyword entries can include project address (e.g., 123 Main Street), authorizing zoning section (e.g., 72-21), and application type (e.g., variance or special permit).
