Complaints

BIC has a staff of experienced investigators and inspectors who respond to complaints or reports of unlawful or improper acts by carting companies, such as:

  • Overcharging
  • Unlicensed or unregistered carting
  • Excessive noise
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest business practices
  • Threats or intimidation
  • Unremoved containers
  • Unable to change carters
